Cianna Freeman-Tolbert joined Whiteman Osterman & Hanna LLP in 2017. Ms. Freeman-Tolbert focuses her practice on all aspects of immigration law, including family-based, employment based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa processing, and immigration litigation. Ms. Freeman-Tolbert is admitted to practice in New York State, Georgia and Texas. She is a member of the Capital District Women’s Bar Association, Albany Bar Association, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
Ms. Freeman-Tolbert serves as a Board Member of the American Red Cross (Eastern New York Region). Ms. Freeman-Tolbert has also worked with the Catholic Legal Immigration Network, Inc. volunteering for the National Pro Bono Project for unaccompanied immigrant children and the BIA Pro Bono Project. Additionally, Ms. Freeman-Tolbert appears as a panelist on the WAMC Roundtable Panel.
Ms. Freeman-Tolbert received her Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Anthropology from the University of Michigan.
